Absolutely. We formulate with acne-prone and sensitive skin top of mind because we know firsthand how difficult those skin types can be. But BEIE isn’t just for acne—our products are designed for all skin types, whether you’re looking for hydration, soothing, exfoliation, or simply a better everyday routine.

Sensitive skin is always top of mind when we create our products. Many of our customers with sensitive skin love BEIE, but everyone’s skin is different. We always recommend patch testing a new product first, especially if you know your skin is reactive.

We have many customers with eczema-prone skin who love BEIE, particularly our moisturizers for added hydration. Because eczema can vary from person to person, we recommend patch testing first and speaking with your healthcare provider or dermatologist about what’s appropriate for your skin, especially during an active flare.

BEIE is proudly cruelty-free and never tests on animals—we test on our founder and her very willing friends and family instead, LOL. Our formulas are plant-forward, with most products being vegan; Espresso Face Scrub contains honey, so it is not considered vegan.

We’ve heard from many customers with perioral dermatitis who have had amazing experiences with BEIE, some even telling us it’s the first routine that has worked for their skin. That said, perioral dermatitis can be triggered by skincare and is different for everyone, so we always recommend introducing products slowly, patch testing first, and following the advice of your dermatologist.

Skincare takes time, so consistency is key. While you may notice hydration and softness right away, we recommend giving a new routine at least 6–8 weeks to really see how your skin responds. When changing products, some people may experience temporary changes or breakouts. Listen to your skin, introduce new products gradually, and give it time.
